D8749H (Intel) – 8-bit 8749 microcontroller

Description

D8749H (Intel)  is also a member of the MCS-48 processor family. Compared to the standard 8048 this 8748 has 2Kb x 8 bytes EPROM and 128 x 8 bytes internal RAM memory on chip, and 27 I/O lines.
