Ik ben al sinds 2014 bezig met 3D printen en heb, na jarenlang een Prusa 3D printer momenteel een Creality K1 3D printer. Ook heb ik diverse kleuren filament (plastic) op voorraad, het meeste PLA, maar ook ABS en PETG. Mijn printer heeft een nozzle (spuitmondje) van 0.4 mm en dit bepaald dus ook de minimale verticale dikte van de 3D print. In overleg kunt u kiezen voor het print materiaal en de hoeveel vulling het object moet hebben. De kosten bepaal ik op basis van de hoeveelheid filament en de tijd die de afdruk duurt, ik geef altijd vooraf duidelijk aan wat de kosten zijn. | Ik kan kleine plastic onderdelen, dopjes, plugjes, plastic auto onderdelen, onderdelen voor modelbouw, retro onderdelen, eigenlijk alles wat u op de website Thingiverse kunt vinden printen. Hier staan ook mijn eigen ontwerpen. Ik ontwerp en reverse engineer regelmatig onderdelen met het pakket FreeCad en kan hiermee objecten ontwerpen en ook namaken wanneer u het (eventueel defecte) origineel nog heeft. Ook kan ik 3D ontwerpen op specificatie maken zolang ze niet enorm complex zijn. | Filamenten zijn het materiaal waarmee de 3D-printers printen en deze zijn meestal gemaakt van thermoplastic. Er zijn verschillende soorten met verschillende eigenschappen maar de voornaamste zijn PLA, ABS. De soort PLA is het meest gebruikt, het is een natuurproduct en het smelt op een redelijk lage temperatuur (c.a. 195 graden C). ABS is meer flexibel en smelt op ongeveer 230 graden C. PLA is vrij hard en dus breekbaar, ABS is meer flexibel, PETG zit er tussen in. There are different types with different properties but the main ones are PLA, ABS. The type PLA is the most used, it is a natural product and it melts at a fairly low temperature (approx. 195 degrees C). ABS is more flexible and melts at around 230 degrees C.
