The AT28C64-15PC is a very popular low-power, high-performance 8,192 words by 8-bit nonvolatile electrically erasable and programmable read only memory with easy-to-use features. These chips have been used, they look new and are clean and are all checked and ereased by myself. I used them a lot to replace old eproms.
