MAB8040HL (Philips) – The 8040 is also a member of the MCS-48 processor family. Compared to the standard 8048 the 8040 equals to a 8035 and has no internal ROM and 256 x 8 bytes internal RAM memory on chip. (MAB8040HL-11P)
